Administration & Operations

​Often staff and regular volunteers get caught in a method or way of thinking based on what's happened in the past or the way it's "always been," and have difficulty stepping outside the situation to look at the big picture and possible alternatives that might things run more smoothly, efficiently, pleasantly and ultimately successfully.  One of my greatest skills is looking top down from the big picture first, then drilling down into the details that make up that whole.  Sometimes what can be completely elusive to those who are in the trenches every day, can be blatantly obvious to an impartial observer.  Let me bring my fresh perspective to bear on your operation.  I just might be able to find points of improvement that could instantly transform challenging situations or unsuccessful efforts into shining new strategies and ways of doing.  I'd love to help!
